A. In the year 2000 the National Executive plans to:

1) send an honourary, bilingual certificate to all branches of U.W.A.C. as a symbol of thanks and gratitude to our branches for their continued dedication as we enter the second millennium.

2) organize a Pre Sobor U.W.A.C. Conference for all members of U.W.A.C.

— banquet commemorating the 40th anniversary of Promin

— wrap up and national executive meeting

The Conference would be held at St. Andrew's College. If members have suggestions re: workshop topics, please submit these to our office and consideration will be given when finalizing the program. More information will be published in Promin.

B. VISITATIONS

My plans for the year 2000 include visitations to branches in Eastern Canada and British Columbia. Later in the year I hope to visit Alberta and Saskatchewan.

C. ITEMS FOR SALE

Purchases which can be made through the National Office include:

i) Christmas and Easter cards—icon taken from our publication "My Icon Book"; with or without bilingual greeting—$1.50 each or 10 for $12.00

ii) "My Icon Book"—$20.00

iii) Kurelek prints "Second House" and "Picnic"—$100.00 each

GST included in all the above. Shipping and handling fees will be charged on all orders, except the Kurelek prints.

D. CERTIFICATES

Certificates that can be obtained from the National Office include:

i) Long term membership (bilingual)—$3.00 each

ii) Honourary membership (bilingual)—$3.00 each

The above certificates will be completed by the National Office if you provide us with the name of the recipient and number of years as a member of U.W.A.C.

iii) We now have certificates for branches that celebrate an anniversary in U.W.A.C. These certificates are in Ukrainian only. If your branch has celebrated an anniversary in 1997, 1998 or 1999 and did not receive this certificate, please notify the National Office with the name, location of branch and number of years in U.W.A.C., and a certificate will be sent to the branch.
