Troitska (Holy Trinity) Church of the Montronynsky Monastery, Chyhyryn, Cherkasy Oblast. Built in 1804 in Kholodny Yar on the site of an ancient Ukrainian settlement, the church became the centre of the Haydamaky movement (known as Koliyiwshchyna) led by legendary Zaporozhian chieftain Maxym Zalizniak against Polish landlords.
