Minister B.Tarasyuk proposed to his Yugoslav counterpart some ideas concerning possible mediation by Ukraine in settling conflict around Yugoslav’s province of Kosovo. In particular, Mr.Tarasyuk briefed Mr.Jovanovic on certain points of President L.Kuchma’s relevant initiative that have been made public for the last few days.
