Please be informed that if traveling by motor vehicle in Ukraine and encounter a difficult situation or have a grievance with a traffic officer of the State Automobile Inspection Agency you may report the same to:

• the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine at (044) 212-99-90,

• the Kyiv Department of the State Automobile Inspection Agency at (044) 213-70-64 or (044) 228-45-22, or

• the Headquarters of the State Automobile Inspection Agency at (044) 291-30-74.

Since all three are located in Kyiv, you will not need to dial (044) when calling from Kyiv.
