The aim of the college is to demonstrate that education can be a force to unite rather than divide nations.
The college promotes international understanding by creating an environment in which students from many countries are brought together in study, in recreation and in service to the community.
Mr. Pearson had this to say:
"Students will be welcomed without regard to race, religion or politics and we intend to establish scholarships so that the students who attend the College will be from all levels of society and will be genuine representatives of their own peoples. This system could become a revolutionary force in international education."
This fund is managed by Lester B Pearson College of the Pacific and tax receipts are available to people or organizations who make a donation to the fund. If you wish to make a donation to the Ukrainian Scholarship fund, print out the form below, fill it out and send it the address indicated.
