March Dinner Meeting
Mark Hlady, MLA for Calgary Mountainview spoke about the future of education in Alberta and is keen in reviewing the status of the Ukrainian school proposal that was submitted last year.

Federation News

1. Trip to Ukraine- Sept 14 to Oct 3, 2000. Cost will be approximately $4,400. More details are available in the Federation newsletter which came out March 8. You can also contact gpaska@clubvoyages.com for more details.

The Federation has commenced producing their own newsletter. It will be available at our dinner meetings as well as in Ukrainian News. This newspaper is offering a deal for new subscribers that are Association members.

All of our dinner meetings will be held on the last Thursday of each month unless circumstances warrant a change.
A lot of time and effort goes into planning our events. Please try and show your support with your attendance.

Membership Renewal

There are still some members who have not paid their 2000 dues. Your dues are needed for our operating expenses and timely payment is greatly appreciated. Just a reminder that dues are payable by calendar year.
