Walter Romaniuk outlined the 3 year process he and has wife went through in adopting two boys from Ukraine. Wendy Robinson from the Christian Adoption Agency, who worked with the Romaniuks to make this happen, spoke of the trials of adoption within Canada versus the international stage. The subject was interesting and thought provoking. It was especially nice to see the two boys prior to dinner.Federation News
- Trip to Ukraine- Sept 14 to Oct 3, 2000.Cost will be approximately $4,400. More details are available in the Federation newsletter which came out March 8. You can also contact gpaska@clubvoyages.com for more details.
- A Canadian Womens' Mentor award is to be presented in Halifax in April. For details check www.infoukescom/ucpbf.
