The Ukrainian Canadian Professional & Business Association of Toronto is a non-profit organization that promotes business in Canada and provides opportunities for networking.

We feel that it is important to also to help other in the community. The annual golf tournament is our m ain fundraising initiative. Your support as a sponsor is used to assist students in the community. The UCP BA held a Career night on March 7th, 2008 where over 50 student and young professionals attended. We also support the Ukrainian Matura committee for graduates of Ukrainian school.

The UCPBA has awarded over 25 scholarships to university students in Ontario, since the inception of the fund in 2001.With your generous support proceeds from the golf tournament, will continue fund the UCPBA annual scholarship program.

Please consider becoming an individual, corporate sponsor or please donate a prize. Details have been provided in the attachments, which may be returned via mail or email.

Thursday May 22, 2008 - UCPBA annual Golf Tournament

Come out and enjoy a relaxing day at the golf course with your friends and business associates. All proceeds go to supporting the prestigious UCPBA Scholarship Award, which is presented to Ukrainian Canadian Students enrolled in a Business or Professional Course at a recognized Ontario University.

Hole sponsorships are available at $100 per hole all in support of the Scholarship Fund.

Corporate Sponsorship is available at $500 and includes Full Premium location of your company logo, news letter advertisement, recognition on the Scholarship application and Half page ad in the golf program booklet.

Time: 9:30 a.m.

Cost: $135 (Includes: 18 holes of Golf, Golf Cart & Dinner)

Friday May 30, 2008 - Performance of Gabriel Faure's - Requiem

Counterpoint Chorale Presents Gabriel Faure's "Mass for the Departed - Requiem" to commemorate the victims of the Holodomor. The performance will be accompanied by Toronto's Chamber Orchestra - The Talisker Players and featuring Ukrainian Canadian performers Taras Chmil, Olenka Slywynska and Conductor William Woloschuk.
